Required Qualities:

    American/ European/ Arab Board highly preferred
    Minimum of five years post specialty experience
    Local experience is an advantage
    DHA eligibility or DHA license is a must

Duties:

    Treat a wide range of medical issues,
    Coordinate care with other medical professionals,
    Care for the whole patient, including mental and emotional needs,
    Strive to build long-term relationships with their patients,
    Provide information and techniques to help patients take control of their health,
    Focus on preventing illness as well as treating it.

Skills and Abilities:

Must understand the need to adhere to pre-established local, municipal or State protocols and guidelines for which the Medical Specialist has been trained and certified by the Task Force Medical Director.
This should be consistent with the sponsoring jurisdiction's standard of care and scope of practice
Must have the ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing
