The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support the General Manager in the Middle East region. This is a newly created role and you will be responsible for securing new contracts and bringing in new business. You will be liaising with team members from various projects to brainstorm various ideas. Your responsibilities are the following but they are not limited to:

    You will be strategic in your approach and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
    You will be responsible for conducting research and analyzing competitors.
     Improving productivity and exceed client expectations
     Identify the business and operational requirements based upon the business requirements & objectives of each sector.
    Leveraging your existing network and engaging with senior executives and key decision makers.
    Attending networking events to diversify your network.
    Active involvement in preparing bids and proposals

The Person

    Tertiary qualification in business will be ideal.
    Knowledge in BPO (Outsourcing) is a must.
    Well networked in the UAE market.
    Fluent in English. Arabic speaking is an added advantage
    Must be willing to travel extensively.
    Excellent negotiation and analytical skills is required. Project management experienced will be advantageous.
