Purpose
The purpose of this role is to assist the Head of Legal to ensure protection of the Company’s legal and contractual rights at all times and to provide the required level of professionalism and confidentiality so as to maintain a quality image of Air Arabia both externally and internally.

Main Responsibilities

    Support all business areas and functions in relation to their legal risks and issues and provide services to achieve their business and functional objectives.
    Assist the Head of legal to ensure that the company has effective legal and regulatory risk control frameworks and processes in accordance with Air Arabia Group standards.
    Acts as an ambassador in delivering against the legal function objectives within the scope of their role.
    Positively adapts to change and adjusts approach to provide solutions.
    Develops thorough commercial recommendation.
    Develops strong networks across the organization to get things done.
    Offers insightful service provision in response to business issues.
    Has a clear logical approach to the issues and provides easy to follow commercial advice.
    Strong written and spoken English/Arabic languages including legal terminology.
    Ability to work with figures confidently and to construct and use excel spreadsheets confidently.
    Lawyer qualified to practice in Arab countries.
    Drafting different contracts /agreements.
    Assist the head of departments to manage the legal risk by providing accurate legal advise.
    Preparing and filing government reports
    Drafting legal documents
    Reviewing new business relationships with vendors and subcontractors
    Guiding managers on regulatory and compliance matters
    Analyzing legal issues relating to proposed products
    Representing the corporation before administrative boards.
    Providing supervision to outside lawyers hired to assist the corporation with their specialized legal services
    Structuring joint enterprises with other organizations and drafting all relating contracts/Agreements.

Desired Profile

    Four- five years at multinational organization/ law firm.
    Minimum 3 years’ experience in IP.
    Strong legal analytical skills.
    Understanding of customers (various departments) stated needs.
