Senior Legal Consultant Job at Mackenzie Jones in Dubai

The Role

The Head of Legal will provide strong management/direction to the legal department senior management with comprehensive and accurate legal advice in an efficient and effective manner.

The Person

    Arabic Speaker preferred, though not essential
    Bachelor’s degree in Law from an internationally recognised Educational Institute with 10-15 years PQE
    At least 5 years experience in the UAE financial services industry and knowledge of security documentation and legal procedures
    Should have extensive knowledge of the Bond Credit market
    Experienced in debt recovery operations
    Experienced in legal aspects of insurance
    Experienced in legal aspects of structured finance and capital market (corporate finance)
    Experienced in legal aspect of IP
    A strong leader and motivator

Salary
AED Between 60,000 and 70,000 (perhaps more for an exceptional candidate)
