The Role

As a HR Generalist, you will report directly to the HR Manager. The main duties of the role will include:

    Assist in the creation of HR materials to ensure quality and consistency.
    Support Head of HR in new Strategic Initiatives.
    Identify and manage dependencies and critical path.
    Provide support to Head of HR in developing a detailed and comprehensive HR
    Comply and follow process according to current HR Policies & Procedures and update HR forms.
    Set and continually manage expectations with team members, departments and other stakeholders.
    Provide regular and weekly update to Head of HR.
    Suggest and contribute to proposed HR improvements in terms of process, deliverables, etc.
    Support Head of HR in developing best practices and tools for HR execution and management.
    Lead and execute strategy for hiring staff for vacant positions with assistance of direct manager.
    Manage and develop the internship program including needs analysis across all departments
    Support the Head of HR in the development and implementation of Emiratization program.
    Maintain and update a detailed HR database including staff details, new hires, status of employment, visas information, etc. and provide monthly analysis to VP HR.

The Person

The successful candidate for this role will have the following:

    Minimum 5 years HR generalist experience in the UAE or UK - essential
    Excellent communication skills - essential
    English as first language - essential
    Confident and outgoing personality - essential



Salary
AED 20,000 - 28,000
