Purpose
The purpose of this role is to Manage the team and all Technical aspects of the company’s IT Infrastructure in all the Hubs. Accountable person for the support, maintenance and development of the infrastructure. Ensures advanced, reliable and cost effective solutions are implemented in the organization.

Main Responsibilities

    Lead the infrastructure team to achieve the business objectives.
    Play an active part in:
        Preparing and enforcing IT strategies and policies
        Contributing to budget formulation in line with business objectives
        Publishing objectives, targets and milestones.
    Oversee and manage the ISO 2000 certification and ongoing compliance.
    Develop, execute and manage all new projects related to IT Infrastructure
    Research, develop and integrate IT components for the Airline to take advantage of new business opportunities offered by evolving technologies.
    Guide and support other departments on issues related to infrastructure or information technology in general that affect business and enhance efficiency.
    Recommend appropriate cost-effective business responsive systems solutions to help the Airline meet its business objectives and ensure that the requirements are executed.
    Develop, design and manage the implementation of solutions and hardware infrastructure that are acquired and monitor the effectiveness of these systems.
    Implement the relevant security procedures and practices in order to ensure data integrity and confidentiality of information.
    Manage the IT support tasks to ensure effective support to all users.
    Manage, guide and develop the IT Department staff to achieve optimal manpower efficiency.

Desired Profile

    Bachelor Degree in IT
    Minimum 5 years experience in IT network and infrastructure.
    Hands on approach to the Technical tasks.
    Knowledge of MS Project.
    Must be Arabic speaker
