Job Title: Regional System Administrator
Job Location:- Dubai, U.A.E

POSITION PURPOSE:
Sys admin responsible for services in the office and helping the employees with IT related problems
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES/FUNCTIONS TASKS:
Maintenance & troubleshooting of Server problems, server updates & upgrades, etc.
Managing Move ONE Services: In-house developed CRM applications, e-mail system, corporate & customer
websites, ticketing system, inventory & change management systems, terminal services & thin clients, Time &
Attendance system, Proxy servers, File Sharing servers, Directory servers, etc.
Managing Move One’s Disaster Recovery location and Backup systems
Managing the Network Management Systems (NMS), configuring and fine tuning monitoring of servers & services,
analyzing syslog messages and e-mails from all servers & network equipment
Implementation of new servers & services
Helping clients with IT related problems
Managing, coaching and training the IT team in Dubai
WORK REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent communication and training skills
Excellent oral and written (English)
Minimum 3 year of Linux system administration experience
Knowledge and experience in Web technologies
Basic knowledge of TCP/IP Networking is required
