The Company

My client is a leading luxury goods retailer, looking for a Sales Trainer to join the business.

The Role

As a Sales Trainer, your main duties will involve;

    Analyze training needs in the GCC countries working with the L&D team, Line Managers and Senior Managers through one-on-one interactions, meetings, surveys and training evaluation forms (TNA).
    Conduct all available in-house courses through in-class sessions and video-conferencing.
    Ensure new joiners in the GCC countries receive induction in a timely manner.
    Develop new training courses as per the TNA and ensure they are regularly updated.
    Establish training plans to meet the learning needs of both new hires and existing employees in the GCC countries.
    Research and create new training material and obtain validation from L&D team.
    Develop strong interpersonal relationships with GCC Country Managers and GCC Area Sales Managers to help them meet strategic goals in their territories.
    Oversee the integrity of translated training materials into Arabic in coordination with L&D team.
    Create assessments and activities to evaluate knowledge retention during in-class sessions.
    Recommend courses to develop appropriate behavioral and leadership skills for senior managers.
    Contribute to HR-related activities such as Assessment Center.
    Ensure that training equipment is maintained and available continuously.

The Person

The ideal candidate MUST have the following skill set;

    Training/Learning & Development experience - essential
    Must have worked in a Retail environment - essential
    Must be able to travel to Saudi, Bahrain and other countries in the GCC - essential
    Excellent communication and presentation skills - essential
    Due to the nature of the role and travel to Saudi, unfortunately only Male candidates will be considered for this role.

Salary
AED 15,000 - 18,000 AED
