Duties & Responsibilities:

   Maintain a high level of knowledge on upcoming and current technologies, processes and methodologies.
    Develop and apply internal quality and programming standards and techniques to ensure efficient program logic and data manipulation.
    Monitor software quality defects and develop processes to reduce future occurrences.
    Ensure new development fits
    Ensure documentation accurately describes the current functionality
    Ensure that assigned projects and tasks are completed on-time and with a high level of quality.
    Responsible for supporting Research & Development initiatives.

Skills Required:

    Professional manner, balanced with ethical behavior and judgment.
    Excellent communication skills (oral, written and group presentation skills).
    Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
    Ability to multi-task and prioritize; Proven record of meeting tight deadlines.
    Strong problem solving and analytical skills; Ability to work calmly under pressure.
