Purpose
The purpose of this role is to ensure that Air Arabia strictly complies with crewing requirements as determined by routes and types of aircraft.
Key Accountabilities
To ensure the day to day management and modification of the published rosters as per operational requirement.
To provide solutions during flight disruption and ensure optimum utilization of crew.
Monitoring of Flight Crew and Cabin Crew published rosters, ensuring strict adherence to GCAA mandatory regulations.
Ensuring that all flights are crewed in accordance with GCAA and company rules and regulations while maintaining company requirements.
Preparing daily duty sheet considering crew compliments, GCAA regulation and requirement of language speaker for all flights operated by Air Arabia.
Responds to absences, for reasons such as sickness, flight delays, etc., by rescheduling crew members at short notice. Calls replacements out, in coordination with Crew Control and the Operational Control Centre.
Ensuring crew members are notified of any amendments to their published roster in a timely manner.
Qualifications and Skills
Possesses a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or college.
2 Years airline experience in an administrative, flight or cabin crew role is preferable.
Possesses an in-depth knowledge of all sections of the Air Arabia Operations Manual relating to Cabin or Flight Crew administration and activities.
Possesses appropriate knowledge of the legal requirements of the GCAA and any other relevant regulatory body relating to Flight and Cabin Crew.
