Job Title: Business Development Director

Location: Dubai

The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Director for my client. This is a challenging role and reports directly to the CEO and the COO. This role requires excellent leadership and entrepreneurial skills. This is a stand-alone role and you will be responsible in growing the team. Your responsibilities are as follows:

    You will be responsible for the selection of site to get the best out of the franchises.
    Developing new business initiatives in relation to the company growth plans.
    You will be heavily involved in market research to evaluate competitors
    You will have excellent relationship with external and internal stakeholders.
    You will have a strategic approach in delivering business plans and maintain confidentiality

The Person

    Ideally you will have experience in mall management and /or leasing estate.
    Extensive network across GCC will be highly advantageous
    Experience in site selection and account management is essential.
    Tertiary qualification in business management will be highly regarded.
    Arabic speaking is highly regarded.

The offer

Negotiable based on the candidates experience.  Salary + attractive bonus + insurance + travel.
