Job Description
Our client, a global leader in the real estate sector, is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Manager for their offices in Dubai.

As the Digital Marketing Manager you will be required to support the development and delivery of a tactical marketing strategy for the business, creating growth and profitability. Assist with the design and delivery of online and offline marketing campaigns, managing relationships with external suppliers and internal stakeholders. You will also be required to manage and continuously improve our client’s website and create business to business marketing presentations for a variety of audiences, including investor groups and universities.



Required Qualifications
Essential Skills:

• Graduate
• At least 1 years’ experience as a Marketing Administrator/Executive
• 2+ years extensive digital experience in website/search engine optimisation, Pay Per Click, social media
• Basic HTML knowledge
• Awareness of emerging online tools (social media, Google +, RSS)
• Emailing systems skills (Pure360, Dotmailer)
• Intermediate skills in Adobe Creative Suite, (Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign)
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Intermediate skills in using Wordpress CRM
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven track record of delivering marketing projects in a time pressured environment
• Clean driving license

Desirable Skills:

• Marketing qualification (Degree or Diploma from Chartered Institute of Marketing)
• Experience of working in education or real estate sector
• Experience in Video Editing software (Adobe Premier or Final Cut Pro)
• PHP coding experience
• Experience in launching new products in new markets
