Job Title: Marketing Director

Location: Dubai

The Role

This role for a Marketing Director, reporting to the General Manager, will have a focus to maximize sales through management and execution of growth-oriented, customer-centric marketing strategies; including the development of new growth opportunities.  The role will work closely with other departments and manage the external communications and research of agencies.  The main goal is to improve overall marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities to include:

    Drive traffic to the business, retail partners and increase sales.
    Be customer-centric with full understanding of positioning and visioning to the customer base.
    Create unique marketing opportunities to connect with partners.
    Prepare and gain agreement for annual marketing plans and budget.

The Person

    10+ years of experience in marketing and brand management.
    Tangible experience of brand development and P&L responsibility.
    Project Management, strategic long-range thinker, motivated and a leader.
    Marketing experience in a shopping mall/property or real estate is a MUST.
