Job Title Senior System Administrator
Description
Functional and Technical Responsibility:
1. Oversee and secure the reliable operation of It Data Center and primary server room environments within the organization.
2. Participate in the monitoring , planning , upgrading, migrating and maintaining Data Centre location.
3. Designs, builds and implements Data Centre It solution.
4. Monitors, forecasts, and reports capacity - including identification of potential problems related to exceeding existing capacity with new equipment.
5. Creates and maintains Data Centre documentation standards and SLAs.
6. Senior level contributor, communicator, and strategic thinker.
7. Assist and oversees preventative maintenance standards and schedules based in manufacturer's recommendations and Data Centre best practices.
8. Maintains metrics and capacity reports.
9. The job will require on-site availability during non-working hours to resolve system failures and systems upgrades.
10. works with the Head of Unit to ensure adequate data center growth capacity.
11. Monitor and tune systems to achieve optimum performance levels.
12. Ensure that the developed backup plan and procedures are effectively executed by the computer operators as per predestined schedules.
Minimum Qualification :
Bachelor in Electronic / computer Engineering or other related of study.
Desired : MCSE , Cisco or other industry recognized Certification.
Work Experience :
5 Years
Technical lead in defining operational processes and service delivery managent methodology.
Expert in Windows OS, IIS, Active Directory, Firewalls, Proxy, Routers, backup solution.
Experience in Security management ( Policies and regulation).
