Job Title: Deputy Logistic Manager -UAE

To ensure the administrative functions supporting the logistics operations are carried out effectively to minimize risk to the company.


Requirements:

The Profile

    To manage the outstanding SLIs and SLOs between stores and the Warehouse to ensure that they are followed up and closed on time.
    To ensure that GRN’s’ are delivered to accounts daily and that critical documentation is accounted for and filed in safe locations to ensure minimal risk to Axiom.
    To capture on WMS of all PODs after delivery, with all discrepancies or endorsement being followed up and resolved, eliminating exposure to Axiom.
    To ensure Logistics expenditure is reported weekly to management highlighting over-spend where applicable to be transparent of all expenses.
    Ensure that data integrity exists allowing for accurate timely reporting. Manage the variance report on a daily basis.
    To control Petty Cash to ensure Axiom not exposed to risk, accurate reporting of costs.
    Ensure stock counts are carried out by Operations enforcing good discipline in stock management and accurate data.
    Manage the admin staff and ensure that they meet their deadlines. Set KPIs for the staff.
    To ensure contracts and agreement are current and available to avoid legal issues in future.
    Ensure compliance with Company policies and Local Law including Contract Labour being legal to avoid legal issues in future.
    Manage the warehouse admin staff, Set KPIs for them and manage against these standards.
    Annual review of all SOPs and AW and corresponding staff training.

The Essentials:

    Qualification – Administrative/Accounting Degree.
    Experience – Inventory control, warehouse administration, budgeting control.
    Good Excel and MS office skills.
    Ability to communicate at various levels of management.
    Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar job.
