Job Title: L1& L2 Technician -UAE

We are actively seeking to recruit an individual that can carry out fast and quality repairs of Telecommunication mobility gadgets in line with manufacture requirement to meet/ excel customer expectations and standards.

Requirements
The Profile

    To carry our proper fault diagnosis to improve the quality of repairs and reduce repeats
    To ensure that the KPI’s are understood and met on a timely manner
    To complete all L1 & L2 repairs and achieve targeted productivity within the given time frame.
    To preserve the customer property with utmost care to reduce customer dissatisfaction
    To provide timely feedbacks to superiors on product failure issues to be removed and added to Sr. Technician
    To maximize successful repair rate.
    Participate in Technical Forums and provide input & suggestions on repair related issues.
    Prioritized repairs on FIFO basis

The Essentials:

    A Degree/Diploma/Trade Certificate in Electronics or Telecommunications
    1 year experience in mobile service industry as a technician / technical assistant
    Good command in Computer Operating System & supporting applications
    Good command in English communication skills (both written and oral)
