Job Title: Retail Sales Advisor-UAE
We are actively seeking to recruit dynamic sales personnel that provide customers with complete service and an enjoyable shopping experience to maximize sales, ensuring store presentation meets company standard and that stock loss risk are maximized.
Requirements
The Profile
Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request, selecting appropriate information forwarding information and answering questions.
Increase average transactional value & overall store turnover.
Offer & execute all VAS to customers and sell Axiom Brand values.
Assist in reducing stock loss by observing all company procedures, including correct utilisation of security equipment, vigilance to all areas of risk, and completion of all required documentation.
Process all sales and collection of Customer Database in an efficient manner in line with the company procedures.
Updates managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries.
Tracks sales expenses by tracking, consolidating, analyzing, and summarizing expenses; forwarding for reimbursement.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
The Essentials:
One (1)- Two (2) year experience in a retail industry.
High School education.
Willingness to work in shifts, special occasions or on holiday.
Good command in MS office application.
Must have excellent English communication skills both spoken and written, Arabic is preferred.
Basic understanding of mobile/tablets/accessories/telecom products & key features /specifications is an advantage.
