Job Purpose   

The purpose of this role is to conceptualise, design and produce artwork and graphic applications for EY Marketing, EY Guest, EY Holidays and EY Cargo, as well as, global sales and retails offices.  The role will be accountable for producing advertisements, brochures and collateral material as well as uniform designs and all product designs.
Responsibilities   

    Design and create appropriate concepts for events according to stakeholder briefs.  Ensure each production is culturally sensitive as well as stimulating to national and international markets.
    Manage the design and production of artwork for events and exhibitions, P&CEO events, company events, industry events, corporate announcements, major exhibitions & roadshows, consumer and trade marketing events through the Etihad network.   
    Manage new product and merchandise designs for all of EY in line with national and international market trends.
    Design and manage the artwork for below the line marketing collateral worth 1million AED per annum.
    Coordinate with external suppliers for the production of art designs to ensure accuracy and on time delivery.
    Develop and implement graphic brand templates and artwork for all multi-media presentations for the executive management. 
    Develop creative concept designs for EY conferences and conventions as well as media and product launches.
    Deliver artwork aligned with the current market trends in coordination with the marketing department.
    Manage the design new uniforms for all crew and ground staff, developed with the new EY brand themes and keeping aligned with both fashion and comfort trends.
    Manage specialised livery designs and take accountability for the overall look and feel of existing livery.

Requirements   

Qualification & Education:

     A relevant Bachelor’s degree such as Fine Arts in Computer Graphics

Experience:

    At least five years post-graduate design experience, ideally gained within the aviation industry

Training & Knowledge:

    Full knowledge of all graphic programmes namely:
    In Design
    Photoshop
    Illustrator
    After Effects
    3D Studio Max
    Fireworks
    Premiere
    Dreamweaver
