Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Civil Engineer to join us in Abu Dhabi. The position will involve:

Providing leadership and Civil/Structural Engineering expertise in the design of structures. Ensuring best industry standards are followed in line with ADNOC Distribution requirements. Reviewing in-house prepared structural design, calculations and drawings and working with relevant authorities to obtain approvals. Providing Civil/Structural Engineering support during the construction phase of projects.

Coordinating with discipline leaders to ensure accuracy and quality of designs. Acting as a Lead Civil Engineer for site design, land development, reviewing soil investigations and recommending the most suitable foundation design.

Overseeing Civil and Structural work carried out by consultants and contractors; reviewing tender documents, specifications, BOQs, drawings and design calculations.
Minimum Requirements:

    Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.
    Over 9 years of progressive experience in Civil/Structural design.
    Good knowledge and understanding of British or American Structural Engineering Codes and Standards.
    Strong command of the English language with good oral and written communication skills.
