Job Title: Officer - Internal Controls (Mortgage)

Location: U.A.E,Dubai

Job purpose

·         To provide valuable support to the Sales Governance & Internal Controls team to achieve the business goals.

·         Investigation and management of DST caused complaints.

·         To perform all duties assigned with respect of Governance & Internal Control unit as per the expected TAT & quality standards.
Key result areas
·         Management of customer complaints via CRM in coordination with Customer Care Unit to ensure resolution of complaints.

·         To co-ordinate with the sales teams on pending issues related to complaints, mis selling or fraud.

·         To keep a track of the SOP, SLA’s, OPM documents for revision and update on a regular basis.

·         In absence of the supervisor to update the manager on the performance of the sales team by sending a daily MIS.

·         Updating the team leaders on the status of their team’s performance.

·         To assist the Manager – Internal Controls to conduct the road shows on recent policy changes, new campaigns/promotions for team’s awareness.

·         Incentive data validation which is received from finance on a monthly basis.

·         To update the manager in case of any discrepancy found in the incentive policy or even calculation.

·         To promptly manage the issues highlighted by sales team related to customers, in order to avoid complaints.
Knowledge, skills & experience

·Should have excellent communication and analytical skills

·At least 2 years experience in a similar role.

·A team player having positive attitude and should be able to work under pressure.

·Should be hard working, dedicated towards the work and willing to take the challenges.

·Graduate with adequate experience.

·Should have Driving License.
