Job Title: Vice President - Natural Gas

Location: Abu Dhabi

About the Position:

As Vice President - Natural Gas you will lead and direct the ADNOC Distribution Natural Gas Division. You will be responsible for heading up the entire Natural Gas business which consists of Engineering & Projects, Operations & Maintenance, Support Services and Sales & Customer Services.

The role involves:

To direct the development of the tariff structure, gas distribution projects schedule, cost estimate and budget for natural gas division activities.

Ensure that an optimum execution strategy is developed and implemented for Natural Gas business development. Set business strategic plans based on a set vision and through SMART objectives.

Direct and control all activities in the Natural Gas Division from initial stages to completion. Ensure the completion of all divisional activities are on time while meeting requirements, within budget and complying with HSE and quality standards. Ensure that systems for end-users are safe, reliable, operable & maintainable. Introduce best practices, latest approved standards and technology across the business

Establish an effective organisation for the division and future Natural Gas business, including manpower utilisation and mobilisation.
Minimum Requirements:

    Bachelors Degree in Gas Engineering or an Equivalent Technical Degree
    Membership of a relevant professional institute is preferred
    15 years of engineering experience in the Oil and Gas industry
    Must have experience in City Gas Distribution at management level
    Must have excellent written and spoken English language skills
