Electonics and Communication Teaching Assistant Job at Al Ghurair University in Dudai

JOB TITLE: TEACHING ASSISTANT - ELECTONICS AND COMMUNICATION: (Ref.#E/13-14/TAEC)

Summary  
Developing laboratory experiments and setting equipment requirements in Electronics/ Communication labs, assisting in teaching labs, and supervising labs usage.

Key Responsibilities  
• Administrative work
• Provide support for undergraduate Electronics/Communication laboratories and projects.
• Provide support for faculty research work in the fields of Electronics/Communication.
• Carry laboratory works.
• Maintains office hours to assist and advise students with their projects.
• May be required to work at multiple sites and/or may be assigned to work days, evenings, or weekends.

Qualification  
• B.Sc. CGPA- 3.0.in electronics/communication from an accredited and reputable university.

Experience  
• Preferably with experience in an academic environment.

Specialization  
• Ability to conduct practical laboratories.
• Must have demonstrated ability in advising, guiding and counseling students.
• Commitment to diversity and multiculturalism.
• Ability to work effectively as part of the team.
• Knowledge of computer is a must - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.Knowledge of other software packages such as MATLAB/Simulink, Lab Views,would be desirable.
• High English language proficiency
