JOB TITLE: TEACHING ASSISTANT - ELECTRICAL POWER ENGINEERING: (Ref.#E/13-14/EPE )
Summary
Developing laboratory experiments and setting equipment requirements in electrical power engineering labs such as electromechanical energy conversion lab, assisting in teaching labs, and supervising labs usage
Key Responsibilities
• Administrative work
• Provide support for undergraduate electrical power laboratories and projects.
• Provide support for faculty research work in the fields of power engineering.
• Carry laboratory works.
• Maintains office hours to assist and advise students with their projects.
• May be required to work at multiple sites and/or may be assigned to work days, evenings, or weekends.
Qualification
• B.Sc. CGPA- 3.0.in electrical engineering from an accredited and reputable university.
• Official certificates and transcripts of all achieved degrees and three professional references.
Experience
• Preferably with experience in an academic environment.
Specialization
• Ability to conduct practical laboratories.
• Must have demonstrated ability in advising, guiding and counseling students.
• Commitment to diversity and multiculturalism.
• Ability to work effectively as part of the team.
• Knowledge of computer is a must - MS Word
